Accurate, active and well reviewed
Profiles drift. Someone picked a broad category years ago, holiday hours were never added, photos show an old storefront, and reviews sit unanswered. Some businesses have duplicate listings, or a profile stuck in verification or suspended after an address change. Google uses relevance, distance and prominence to decide who shows in the map results, and an incomplete or inconsistent profile weakens the two you can influence. Customers notice too: a tired listing makes them scroll on.
We start by reviewing your profile against Google’s guidelines and your competitors, then fix categories, services, service areas, hours, attributes and the description. After that the work is steady: fresh photos, regular posts, prompt replies to reviews, and a request link or QR code your staff can share after every job. Each report covers the calls, website visits and direction requests the profile generated. It suits trades, clinics and offices that win work from local searches.

Common questions
Why is my business not showing on Google Maps?
Common causes are an unverified or suspended profile, a primary category that does not match the search, duplicate listings splitting your signals, or simply distance: Google favours businesses close to the person searching. We check each of these in a free review and tell you which ones are fixable and which ones are not.
Can I hide my home address on Google Business Profile?
Yes. If you serve customers at their location and do not receive them at home, Google expects you to hide the address and list service areas instead. The address is still used for verification behind the scenes. Google does not accept virtual offices or mailbox addresses either, and using one is a quick route to a suspended listing.
How do we get more Google reviews without breaking the rules?
Ask every customer, at the moment they are happiest, with a direct link that opens the review form. Google does not allow discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews, or asking only the customers you expect to be positive. We set up the link, a QR code and a short message template, then help you reply to what comes in.
How often should we post on our Business Profile?
Often enough that the listing looks active, which for most local firms means a few times a month. Our monthly management includes 4 posts a month. Posts suit seasonal services, new photos of finished jobs and short answers to questions customers keep asking. They support your profile, though reviews and accuracy matter more for ranking.
Does a Business Profile replace a website?
No. A profile can bring calls on its own, but a website gives Google more to understand about your services and areas, and gives customers somewhere to compare you before they call. The two are stronger together, which is why profile work often sits alongside local SEO on the same plan.
