Pages and articles with a job to do
Owners know their work better than anyone, but finding time to write about it rarely happens. The result is thin service pages, a blog last updated two years ago, and articles that read like everyone else’s because they were rushed or generated in bulk. Search engines and AI tools tend to favour pages that show first-hand experience and answer specific questions. Readers do too: a page that explains your process and pricing factors builds trust before the first call.
Each piece starts with keyword research and a brief: the search intent, questions to answer, outline, internal links and the facts we need from you. A short interview captures your experience and examples. We draft, edit for accuracy and plain language, add titles, headings and links, then send it for your review. Nothing goes live until you approve it. An editorial calendar keeps the work steady. It suits firms that want to grow organic traffic without writing it all themselves.

Common questions
Is your content written by people or by AI tools?
By people, with software as a helper. Research tools and grammar checkers can speed up the groundwork, yet every draft is shaped, edited and fact-checked by a person on our side, using facts and examples that come from you. Google’s spam policies target mass-produced pages made mainly to rank, so careful human editing protects your site as well as your reputation.
How long should a blog post be for SEO?
As long as it needs to be to answer the question fully, and no longer. Some topics are covered well in 600 words, while a detailed guide may need 2,000. Word count is not a ranking factor in itself. We size each article from the brief by looking at the questions to answer and what currently ranks.
Do I get to review articles before they are published?
Always. You receive each draft for comments, and we revise it until it is accurate and sounds like you, with up to two rounds of revisions. You know your field, your customers and your compliance limits, so your sign-off is a real part of the process, not a formality.
How many articles a month does a local business need?
Fewer than most people expect. Strengthening your main service pages usually comes first, then a sustainable pace of new articles, which for many local firms is one or two a month. Publishing on a predictable schedule and updating older posts does more than a burst of content followed by silence. We set the pace in your editorial calendar.
Can you write case studies about our projects?
Yes. We interview you, and the client if they agree, about the problem, the work and the outcome, then turn it into a short story with photos and real details. Case studies work for professional firms and trades alike, because they show prospects how you work. We only publish with your client’s written permission.
