How a repair works with us
Every repair follows the same five steps. First we diagnose: we test the hardware, read the error logs and check drive health (SMART data) so we know the cause rather than guess at it. Second, a written quote follows, naming the fault, the parts, the cost and the expected timing. Third, you approve it, or decline and collect your device. Fourth, we repair it and test it again under normal use. Fifth, we hand it back with a plain explanation of what we changed.
You choose how the device reaches us: free pickup and return (in Surrey, Delta and Langley on repairs over $99), drop-off, an on-site visit, or a remote session to start. Many software problems, such as slow start-ups, stubborn updates, printer drivers or adware, can be fixed remotely without anyone leaving home. The service suits households, students and home-based professionals in Surrey who want a straight answer before spending money, and small offices that need a machine back in working order without signing up for a support contract.

Common questions
Do I pay just to find out what’s wrong with my computer?
No. Diagnosis is free: we test the device and give you a written quote for the repair, so you know the cost before deciding. If you decline the quote, we do no further work and you collect your device.
How do I book a computer repair, and what should I bring?
Call or send a message with the make and model and a short description of what happens, including any error text. Bring the charger or power cable, and back up anything important if the machine still works. If we need to sign in to test, you can create a temporary account or be on hand to type the password.
Can you fix my computer at home, or do I have to drop it off?
Both are possible. Drop-off suits most hardware repairs, because parts and test equipment are on the bench. Pickup and return is free in Surrey, Delta and Langley on repairs over $99; otherwise it is $25. On-site visits work well for network, printer and setup problems across Surrey and nearby cities, from Langley to Vancouver. Many software faults can be handled remotely over a secure connection while you watch.
Which areas near Surrey do you cover?
Our repair work is based in Surrey and open to anyone who can drop off, including people coming from Langley, Delta, White Rock, Burnaby and Richmond. Remote sessions are not tied to location, so many software problems can be fixed even if you live outside Metro Vancouver. On-site visits depend on location, so include your address when you get in touch.
Will you tell me if my computer isn’t worth repairing?
Yes. When a repair would cost a large share of what a new machine costs, we put both options side by side so you can compare. Plenty of five- or six-year-old computers just need a solid-state drive and extra memory to feel quick again, which is far cheaper than replacing them. Either way, you make the call.
