Do you come to White Rock for on-site support?
Yes. White Rock borders South Surrey, so on-site visits are routine for us. Businesses on a Proactive or Secure plan get 2 on-site hours a month included. For one-off home visits, contact us with the problem and we will tell you whether it can be fixed remotely or needs someone on site.
Is there pickup for computer repairs in White Rock?
Free pickup and return applies in Surrey, Delta and Langley. White Rock is just outside that zone, so please ask about pickup or drop-off when you contact us. Either way, diagnosis is free and you will receive a written quote before we do any work.
Can you help me set up a new computer and move my files?
Yes. We can set up a new laptop or desktop, move documents, photos and email from your old machine, install the programs you use and make sure backups are running. If the old computer will not start, we will check whether the data can be recovered before anything is wiped or recycled.
