Most IT services we offer across the Lower Mainland do not depend on where your office is. Microsoft 365 setup and management, email security, cybersecurity basics such as multi-factor sign-in, and automatic cloud backup are all delivered remotely, and we monitor and update managed computers in the background without anyone needing to visit. On-site time is saved for the jobs that really need it: new equipment, cabling, Wi-Fi coverage and office moves.
Our managed IT plans are built for small businesses anywhere in the Lower Mainland. Plans are billed per user per month: Essentials $85, Proactive $125 and Secure $165, plus GST. Critical issues get a response within 2 business hours (4 on Essentials), and Proactive and Secure include 2 on-site hours a month. Plans are month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. Which areas get free pickup on computer repairs?
Free pickup and return is available in Surrey, Delta and Langley on repairs over $99. Smaller repairs in those three cities have a $25 pickup fee. Outside those cities, ask us about pickup or drop-off when you get in touch and we will tell you what is practical for your location.
Do you offer on-site IT support outside Surrey?
Yes. We visit Surrey and nearby communities routinely. For further areas such as North Vancouver, Maple Ridge and Abbotsford we work remotely first and schedule on-site visits in advance. Proactive and Secure managed IT plans include 2 on-site hours a month, which we plan around your location.
Can you support my business remotely if I am outside Metro Vancouver?
Remote support works anywhere in BC. Most software, email, Microsoft 365, printer driver and security problems can be fixed over a secure remote session without anyone travelling. If a problem turns out to need hands-on work, we will explain the options before anything is booked or charged.
